Poonakary People Organisation UK (PPO UK) presents Poonagar Kalaiyamutham 2026, a Tamil charity music and cultural fundraising event at The Benn Hall in Rugby, starting at 2:00 PM on 26 September 2026 and supporting health, education and employment in Poonakary. The bill features singer Maathulaani, Sri Uncle and Manmathan Basky, and The Voice Art Singers, with traditional and modern dance from JRDA - Jeya Raveendran Dance Academy, live music and comedy. Family tickets are £30, admitting two adults and two children, and single tickets are £10 for one adult or one child. Sri Lankan food including kottu roti, noodles, rolls and vadai is sold separately at the venue by Annai Express, and paid parking is available on site.
