Bank transfer ticket orders: A 5% platform fee applies to the order total and is charged only when the organiser confirms the payment as received. Pending, expired or cancelled orders are not charged.

No. Both are available on all plans including free. You only pay transaction fees when money moves.
The organiser pays the fee from ticket proceeds. Buyers pay the advertised ticket price with no added booking fee. The headline rate covers a standard UK card; premium and international cards carry a higher processing cost, which is deducted from that order's net receipt.
Card donors pay only the amount they choose to donate. ShareLynk and payment processing fees are deducted before the organiser payout.
Payouts arrive in 2–7 business days via Stripe Connect. You can request a payout at any time from your dashboard.
